[ID3 Dev] Info Sought

Dear List,

I'm a newbie with ID3V2 tags. My aim to is write a VB routine within 
MSAccess to tag
my albums automatically (as they're riped to mp3 format).

I have read the structure doc by Martin Nilsson.

Some of the statements seem to be at odds with my findings as I 
interpret frame information (in Winamp).
Some I simply don't understand and I'm sure there's more to consider.

Is this the place for specfic questions. Or, should I be looking 
elsewhere ? FAQ etc ?
