One thing you might consider is allowing different formats for the audio
data.  For example, the track audio may be 44.1kHz stereo, while the
narrative data would sound fine at 11.025kHz mono.

Also, since I don't see it mentioned, what if the track audio is encryped
via an AENC frame?  I presume you wouldn't want this audio data to be
encrypted as well, but in either case it should be noted in the spec.
