[ID3 Dev] GEOB

I'm thinking that if the GEOB frame was limited to specific MIME types,
specifically audio/video formats (MPEG 4 SP, WMV, MP3, etc...) then as long
as the player supported the format then it would decode the frame. This
would also eliminate developers' reluctance in adding support for the frame,
because they wouldn't have to worry about unwanted executables/exploits.
This would also eliminate the "specific-to-one player" scenario.

Dominick

The GEOB frame is awfully generic. What are players supposed to do with
it when it's encountered? This seems like a place where
specific-to-one-player kind of stuff is going to be stored.
