[ID3 Dev] ID3V2 Icon

There's roughly 57 free icon editing programs available for download. 
Why don't you grab one, download which ever size is available on the 
site, and improvise the rest. Then you can submit it to the list, and 
maybe they can put it on the site.

I'm guessing icon-development is not a number one priority for the 
working group right now.
