I resolved these editing problems with Paul.  The ACL's were not set 
properly, they are now.

Subject: [ID3 Dev]  ID3v2x specs are really not well written

(I am not an english native speaker)

I read this mail list archive to try to understand the ID3v2x specs. I feel that
the spec's author(s) need to rewrite them based on the misunderstandings already
discussed here. As an engineer, I feel that the technical specs need a review to
make them more clear and to correct errors.

What the author(s) think?

Ive just had another go at editing a page but the only options I get for 
the current page are

    * show changes <http://www.id3.org/Compliance_Issues?action=diff>
    * get info <http://www.id3.org/Compliance_Issues?action=info>
    * show raw text <http://www.id3.org/Compliance_Issues?action=raw>
    * show print view <http://www.id3.org/Compliance_Issues?action=print>
    * delete cache <http://www.id3.org/Compliance_Issues?action=refresh>
    * attach file <http://www.id3.org/Compliance_Issues?action=AttachFile>
    * check spelling
      <http://www.id3.org/Compliance_Issues?action=SpellCheck>
    * show like pages
      <http://www.id3.org/Compliance_Issues?action=LikePages>
    * show local site map
      <http://www.id3.org/Compliance_Issues?action=LocalSiteMap>
    * Subscribe <http://www.id3.org/Compliance_Issues?action=subscribe>

I cant see any way to edit, am I being dense here
