on the reflector six weeks ago and I haven't had any further
feedback.</div>

<div>I'd like to finalise and publish the document in the near future so
if you have any final comments can you let me know by the end of this
week.</div>

<div>I should be able to provide a basic authoring tool soon afterwards
for anyone interested in experimentation.</div>
