[ID3 Dev] CartChunk to ID3v2 mapping

I have been working on a tool to convert CartChunk 
(http://www.cartchunk.org) to raw MPEG Audio files with ID3v2 tags in 
them. Almost the hardest part of it is working out how to map the 
fields.

Any advice/suggestions would be great (especially the fields with 
question marks). In particular, I don't know what ID3 Event timing 
code to use for the Segue timer (very common in Broadcasting).
