Colleagues,

In the past a number of people have asked me whether a media player is
available which understands ID3v2 chapter frames.

I've now included a basic player application in the latest release of the
ID3v2 Chapter Tool project on Sourceforge:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/id3v2-chap-tool

It can demonstrate the basic concept of navigating around an audio file
using the embedded chapter information.
