[ID3 Dev] ID3v2 extensions to support audible metadata

Dear all,

Attached is a proposal concerning "audible metadata" which I promised to submit a while ago. The idea is to provide an audible alternative to existing ID3v2 text frames, allowing a listener to navigate through the menus and listings of a media player by sound alone. 

The proposal is primarily motivated by the need to provide improved user interfaces for the visually impaired, but the feature might also be popular with other users and useful for media players with limited (or no) visual displays.

I'd be very interested to hear your comments and whether you foresee any applications in your area.
