Check out my .NET library, UltraID3Lib, at www.UltraID3Lib.com.  It’s free and supports most of the ID3v2 frame types.  
 
Incidentally, any feedback on the design or implementation of my library from the people on this group would be greatly appreciated.

i want a .NET component that supports "some" of the ID3v2 tag, and able to read/write tags. At least a COM component.
