AW: [ID3 Dev] UTF16LE BOM FF FE incorrectly being identified as start of MP3 Audio

I know what he means, it's just some bugs in some MP3-encoders.
Lame 3.92 has it (if i'm correct).
Mostly they're only zeroes (0x00).
