[ID3 Dev] Apple iTunes complicance issues

Ernest,

I submitted the same issue (v2.4 syncsafe) on Sunday.  Apple responded: 
"After further investigation it has been determined that this is a known 
issue, which is currently being investigated by engineering. This issue 
has been filed in our bug database under the original Bug ID# 3929557."

The other issue I submitted related to APIC text encoding is #4990808.
