[ID3 Dev] iTunes / APIC with Unicode text encoding

Hello Jud,

I tried to open this file with my software and found a problem with
UTF-16 encoded description. Maybe other applications have a similar
problem.

The multiple covers works fine. Try UTF-8 instead.
