[ID3 Dev] v2.4 Frame Syntax

Timothy Reaves reply to Markus Multrus question regarding v2.4 frame
syntax was helpful but did not absolutely clarify the correct ordering
of additional bytes immediately after the frame header. Can someone
confirm that if ALL the flags in the Frame format flags byte
(%0h00kmnp) were set then the bytes immediately after the frame header
should be in the following order:-

1 byte grouping id
1 byte encryption method
4 byte data length indication (32 bit synchsafe)
