[ID3 Dev] unsynchronization scheme

Hello All,
I read the ID3 and Frame specifications. I understand that the
unsynchronization scheme is used to prevent false synchronizations.

If unsynchronization is not applied only ID3 unaware software will be
confused, correct?
All ID3 aware software should be able to jump to the media by looking at the
ID3 tag size, is that right?
