[ID3 Dev] Album Artist tag

In the absence of an Album Artist tag, most people, and most tag editors, have been inappropriately using TPE2 as an "Album Artist" field.  This has made it nearly impossible to use TPE2 for its documented purpose.
I hope the powers that be will consider adding a genuine "Album Artist" tag to the ID3 spec.
