[ID3 Dev] Info Sought

Thank you Tom.

As yet no VB library has been found, I know one other person who's also 
been looking.

I'm working at a fairly basic level, if Winamp can correctly read the 
tags I create, it's
mission over. I'm only using the more common frames (at this stage, anyway)
You may be right and some of the issues are a version differences. My 
main reference
is id3.org/id3v2.4.0-structure.txt.
