[ID3 Dev] Apple iTunes Non-Standarrd Tag "TCMP"

I wouldn't have thought it will be added to the standard as it is over fives
years old. When your code encounters a TCMP frame
it shouldn't throw unless there is an error in parsing otherwise, it should
store the frame data so it can be written back.
