[ID3 Dev] Apple iTunes Non-Standarrd Tag "TCMP"

Apple iTunes uses a tag of its own to indicate compilations.  The tag is "TCMP".

Is there any plan to add this tag to the spec ?

When one's software hits one of these, should it be ignored, or should it throw an error ?
