[ID3 Dev] Is it possible to 'lock' ID3 tags?

You can't prevent modification or removal of the tag.  If the tag you have 
is readable, then there's nothing stopping someone from changing it, or 
creating another tag to replace the one you've put on the file.

Your only chance to prevent tag modification is to disallow modification 
of the file itself.
