[ID3 Dev] Audio text authoring tool

Hi,

If anyone is interested in experimenting with the Audio text frames defined in the Accessibility addendum I've created a basic authoring tool: 

   http://id3v2-atxt-tool.sourceforge.net/

The final draft of the addendum should be uploaded to the web server in the near future.
