Yeah ok, but then that means that the flag is only set if every frame 
has actually been unsynchronized. Surely the odds chances of every frame 
having an FF FE combination
requiring them to be unsynchronized is extremely small, simple text 
frames like TALB and TIT2 are not going to need unsynchronization.
