And whilst we're about it, in iTunes 7.0.2, when iTunes writes it's  
users comment to an ID3v2.3 tag, it fails to provide a 'short content  
description' as required in section 4.11 of the spec. Since it  
doesn't offer the user a field in which to provide a description, it  
could perhaps just use "iTunCOMM" or somesuch.

It also writes it's own settings out to COMM frames (with the  
required description, eg. iTunNORM), rather than to PRIV frames,  
which surely would be more appropriate.
