[ID3 Dev] Apache mime types fixed (was Re: [ID3 Dev] ID3V2 Icon)

Well I'll be damned. I stand corrected that the bug could only be fixed 
in IE. Though it is still an IE bug, Dan has come up with a way to fix 
it. I don't think the zip link I added is necessary any longer, right?
