[ID3 Dev] Alternate language track/album/performer titles

Well, I don't want it to be just for my app - of course I can do it with
private frames, but it seems to me that this is something that many people
could benefit from, not just myself. And as for backwards compatibility, I
understand that can be a problem, but surely it is solvable?

And how big of a problem would this extension to the spec be anyway? Most
players should ignore duplicate title frames, shouldn't they?
