[ID3 Dev] Alternate language track/album/performer titles

I don't see that it would be difficult to do, but then you'd be in  
complete violation of the specs, so you couldn't expect any other  
software to deal with your tags as you'd wish.

I really doubt that this kind of internationalisation is possible  
under the current specs.
