[ID3 Dev] Command-Line Batch Tagger

eyeD3 is the most complete command-line tagger that I have found.  It 
supports v2.3 and v2.4 tags (and v1 tags).  It supports all text frames, 
images (APIC frames) and UFID frames.  It requires python.
