[ID3 Dev] requested feature

[kermit blue]

maybe this isn't the right place for this but i'm giving it a shot.

i would like to see song ratings included as one of the categories of 
information included in the ID3 tag.
the various music library programs offer ratings systems, but don't store 
the information in the ID3 tag which would be much more practical.
