[ID3 Dev] taglib problem

Hi
I have a problem with taglib library.
I want to keep XML file in mp3 file. To do that i want to use
GeneralEncapsulatedObjectFrame().
Constructor is:
GeneralEncapsulatedObjectFrame (ByteVector data, byte version)
What should be byte version? Nothing works for me.
