[ID3 Dev] MCN: Media Catalogue Number

Hello,

Can anyone suggest where the MCN (Media Catalogue Number) of a CD  
should be stored in an ID3v2 tag? The MCN is sometimes stored on the  
CD itself and is usually the same as the UPC/ECN/Barcode on the CD.

I was looking for a source media identifier, but didn't see one.  
Perhaps there should be a TMCN frame?
